Privacy Policy

TapIt Philippines respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). This page explains what we collect when you use our order form or contact us, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Your name, contact number and email address.
- Your business or profile name, and the links you want on your TapIt, such as Facebook, Instagram, Google review or Maps, website and other links.
- Photos, logos and design preferences you send us, including your chosen product, color, template and quantity.
- Delivery address and order details, and any messages you send us by email or Facebook.
2. How we use it
- To set up, print, program and deliver your TapIt stand or digital card.
- To confirm orders, give you prices, arrange payment and delivery, and answer your questions.
- To fix or replace products, and to keep order, sales and inventory records.
- To tell you about your order. We only send marketing messages if you agree to them.
3. Information that becomes public
The links, contact details and photos you ask us to put on your TapIt are meant to be opened by anyone who taps or scans it. Please only give us information you are comfortable sharing publicly.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to complete your order, for example with couriers for delivery, payment providers, and the online services we use to host our order form and receive your submissions. These providers may process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
5. Storage and retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfil your order, provide support and keep business and tax records. We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect it, but no online system is completely secure.
6. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to or limit how we use it, and withdraw your consent. To make a request, contact us below. If you believe your data was mishandled, you may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
7. Children
Our products and order form are meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 without a parent or guardian’s consent.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
